BULK ORDER
- For bulk order, yes, we received amount number of bulk order - wedding door gift, present, baby shower, bridal shower.
- We will check every single jar of our candles to make sure there are no crack or melt or dirty, to make sure our customer happy with our candles.
- You can choose your scent, and we will check with our stocks. Normally all scent are in stock but, sometimes the quantity is limited, therefore, we need to double check
- Payment for bulk order : 50% DEPOSIT from total amount and 50% BEFORE we ship the candles.
- We receive either bank transfer or cash, which one you prefer to make your payment. For bank transfer, please provide you proof payment.
- IMPORTANT :
- FOR ORDER 100 PCS,
- PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR ORDER AT LEAST 1 MONTH BEFORE THE PICK UP DAY.
- FOR MORE THAN 100 PCS,
- PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR ORDER AT LEAST 2 MONTH BEFORE THE PICK UP DAY.
- This is convenient for both parties. Since our product is handmade, therefore, we need a little time to do the production. Normally we deliver the orders early from the pick up day. NO WORRIES, we will do our best to complete all your order in the time frame.

Single / Everyday order
- We ship orders everyday via pos laju.
- Orders submitted before 12 night, we ship the day after.
- Please provide us your active email for us to update your tracking no.
- NO, we won't put any tracking no in this website since we deal with a pricey item.
- All sales are final. Our quote price is including postage.
- You have a chance to change your order before 12 night the day you submit your order, otherwise, we can unwrap the parcel and change the order. So, please make sure you submit your order correctly.
- We wrap and pack all item with heavy duty wrapper to make sure the candles is safe and sound in their journey.
- If you want to add some lovely touch to the candles ( nice box, cards) , we have our own homemade card and boxes especially for gift. You can request for it, but there are extra charges. Just small one, as we do our own card. Handmade card even more complicated to do. But it is personalize and love touch from our heart.
- Price. We offer handsome price that equivalent with our candles. We are really strict with our quality. We have huge number of feedback from our previous customer and they fall in love with our candles.
- Each candles comes with their own boxes, even the small jar. so no worries!
- Each scent in our collection n edition is personalize and mix by our hand. Our R&D is quite long and very critical with the scent.
- No worries, all our candles gives value to your money. You buy something that really awesome, and beneficial to your home or room.
